Young kitesurfing talent David Froschmeier, 16, was on the lookout for new sponsors as he began to get more serious with his passion for the sport. Requiring equipment to be competitive at events the idea was to create a portfolio by way of video than the traditional PDF slideshow. This is Ep.1 (you can check Ep.2 in our Riders page).

Super-X windsurfing, ever seen it? Well check the highlights from the fourth and final day of the event in Lanzarote. Competition was over yesterday but the riders and crew took the opportunity to take to the water with some Super-X racing. The races involved a downwind slalom, around each mark the competitors had to duck gybe and a forward loop and spock had to be completed within the course area, finally jumping an inflatable sausage before blasting through the finish line. Day 2 saw the riders launching into huge aerial moves as the waves began to build throughout the day. With the first double elimination win going to the Italian Jacopo Testa. Check our full highlights below.
It’s straight into action on the opening day of the 2017 EFPT Lanzarote event. Steven Van Broeckhoven, the most celebrated European Champion of all time, showed exactly why he is the guy to beat as he secured the single elimination victory with almost faultless style.
The best moves, the biggest moves, the most radical moves. Day 4 showed flat water freestyle windsurfing at it’s absolute peak. If yesterday was a day for the history books, today the history books just got rewritten. Sam Esteve flew to new heights as he threw down insane action during his heats. Despite having his best event to date, Esteve was pipped to the post as fellow Frenchmen Adrien Bosson took the event victory.
